Keep track of leads in your My Leads tab
Leads captured with your custom text-to-lead code are automatically added to your My Leads tab.
You can also enter leads manually by clicking the Add Lead button. From there, simply enter the name, email, and phone number of your lead, and voila! Now you can set them up to receive automated alerts with just a few clicks.
Using ListReports® to automatically capture leads
ListReports® has a number of ways for you to easily and automatically capture leads.
Paired agents can set up a personalized short code that captures leads via texts.
Additionally, our ListPacks®, Premium Shareables, and Single Property Website features use lead capture forms that upload all leads directly to your My Leads tab.

Make capturing leads easier with custom text-to-lead codes
Customizable short codes are one of the many perks that agents automatically unlock by pairing with a loan officer! Eliminate the need to order new sign riders for each listing using your unique code.
How does it work?
When a consumer texts your custom short code, they will receive the Single Property Website for whichever of your listings they are closest to, and their phone number will automatically be saved to your My Leads tab.
In the event that they are not near any of your properties, they will have the option to choose from all of your active properties (and might even end up looking at more than one)!

How to set up your custom code
If you haven’t set up your custom text-to-lead code already, head over to the Settings tab and click on Marketing kit settings
Next, press Assign code and type in your personalized short code (e.g. KEYSFORME). This code will be the same for all of your listings, and can be changed at any time
Note: Because all codes are unique, some personalized codes may not be available if another agent is already using it
Once selected, your reusable text-to-lead code will automatically appear on all of your ListReports® marketing materials, including sign riders, flyers, postcards, and more!
