Frequently Asked Questions
How does the success fee work?
Robin™ helps you uncover new business opportunities that are hiding in your database of leads and keep active buyers engaged. This success fee applies to each closed transaction from which you receive compensation or commission for leads who interact with Robin. For example, if one of your cold leads who goes through Robin’s nurture campaigns ends up closing a transaction, you will be charged the fee.
How do we collect the success fee?
Our third party data solution lets us know when you have a new transaction closing. At this point the success fee will be incurred. You may choose to self report your transactions in order to control the timing of payment.
How many leads from my database can I upload?
There is no limit to the number of leads you can upload into Robin via our secure platform. Whether you choose to upload 10 leads or 10,000 leads, you’ll pay the same amount.
Where is Robin available today?
