Managing Leads Generated Through nest.me & ListReports Marketing Materials

Your Leads tab will post a new Lead anytime a consumer performs one
of the following actions:

  • Signs up for nest.me under your affiliate code.
  • Texts a short code for any ListReport you are co-marketed on.
  • Submits a lead form on a ListReports Single Property Website you
  • are co-marketed on.

NOTE: You can also add a Lead manually by clicking the “Add Lead” button

 
 

Manually Adding A Lead

 

Meet a new contact out in the field? Create a lead to track on your Dashboard!

Mandatory Fields:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone
  • Email

The Lead will not be notified when you initially add them. This is for your records only.


NOTE: Once a Lead is created, you’ll have the options to invite them to nest.me and generate Text/Email Alerts on their behalf.

 

Transferring a nest.me Lead
to a Partner Agent

From the ‘My Leads’ tab of your Relationships section, you have the option to
Transfer one of your “nest.me Registration” leads to one of your affiliated nest.me Partner Agents!


It’s as simple as selecting the Lead, choosing your Agent and clicking Submit!

 
 

NOTE: You can ONLY transfer one specific Lead Type: "nest.me Registration."

 
 
  1. Click “Transfer This Lead” within the dropdown on the VIEW button.
  2. Search for the nest.me Partner Agent you wish to transfer the lead to.

  3. Click ‘Submit'

NOTE: Only Agents who are Partnered with you through nest.me will appear in your search.

 
 

Once a Lead is Transferred:

  1. The Agent will be the Owner of the lead and it will appear in their Leads section. (You will still have visibility in your own Leads section)
     
  2. As the transferred Buyer (Lead) uses nest.me, the Agent will be able to track activities (You will still have visibility into the Activities through your own Feed).
     
  3. The Agent will now be featured and co-branded with you on all listing detail pages on nest.me as the Buyer searches the site.
     
  4. Any Just Listed or Recently Sold Alerts being delivered to the Buyer will now feature co-branding between You and the Agent.

NOTE: Only Agents who are Partnered with you through nest.me will appear in your search.

 

Creating Just Listed and Recently Sold Alerts on Behalf of a Lead

Text Alerts

When your Buyer Leads sign up for a nest.me account, they are automatically enrolled in a Just Listed text drip campaign. This means they will immediately start receiving daily listing updates based on their nest.me filters & searches.

You can also setup your leads with Just Listed & Recently Sold text alerts manually through your ListReports Dashboard. Read below for more information!


With just a few clicks, you can generate a Just Listed or Recently Sold text/email alert on behalf of your leads!

If your Lead is not yet a nest.me user, creating an Alert will automatically deliver them an email invitation to accept a FREE nest.me account under YOUR affiliate code!

In the ”My Leads” tab, you will be able to see if your text drip campaigns have been activated. You will be able to activate text drip alerts on leads that come in from your nest.me and or marketing materials. Simply click, “View” on see the lead and to start the text drip campaign.



Once they Opt-In, the Alert will be activated immediately. If the consumer already has a nest.me account under your affiliate code, the alert will be accepted and activated automatically.

NOTE: In order to receive Listing Alerts, your Lead needs to have a nest.me account and/or have accepted the nest.me invite.

 

 
 

Recently Sold Alerts

  • Simply enter the consumer’s home address and a radius around that address.
     
  • The consumer will begin receiving text and email alerts for Recently Soldlistings in their area.

Just Listed Alerts

  • Simply enter the City/Zip the Buyer is interested in and some specific preference options.
     
  • The Buyer will begin receiving text and email alerts for Just Listed homes in that area.
 

What your Buyer Sees When You Create an Alert on their Behalf

Buyers get a FREE nest.me account AND Listing Alerts with minimal effort!

The Buyer will receive an informative, branded email template inviting them to opt-in to the Alert you’ve created for them, as well as accept the FREE nest.me account that’s been created for them. 

The Buyer does NOT have to register for nest.me because their account is automatically generated for them simply by clicking the blue opt-in button in your invite email!

All they have to do is Login to use the site and their Alerts will start being delivered when listings are available.

You can create these Alerts on behalf of your Leads from the Relationships section.

These alerts are also auto-generated anytime a nest.me user selects home preferences and creates a Search Filter.

Recently Sold Alert
You can create these Alerts on
behalf of your Leads from the
Relationships section.

Nest.me users cannot create these Alerts on their own. You will offer them added value by creating this Alert type on their behalf.

 

Pro Tip: Set your buyers up to win and be advertised on every “Just listing alert”. Use “Just sold alerts” to attract more sellers while being advertised. Text messages have a 98% open rate vs. emails that only receive a dismal 32% open rate.

 

Inviting an Agent to ListReports & nest.me

Inviting an Agent to ListReports & nest.me is just as easy as following them!

By checking the box prior to clicking “Follow This Agent," your agent will receive an email invitation allowing them to easily sign up for their own ListReports/nest.me account. 

You can invite an agent to nest.me & ListReports in 4 simple steps:

  1. Click ‘Follow Agent’ button
     
  2. Search, Add & Select an Agent
     
  3. Check ‘Email Invitation’ Box. 
    By checking the box prior to clicking “Follow This Agent," your agent will receive an email invitation allowing them to easily sign up for their own ListReports/nest.me account.
     
  4. Click ‘Follow This Agent’ button

Once their signup is complete, you will be notified.

Steps an Agent Takes to Sign Up After You've Invited Them

 

Your Agent will fill out a Standard Sign Up Form to create their ListReports account.

 

As soon as your Agent has completed the Sign Up process from your Invitation, they have immediate access to their own ListReports Dashboard. From here they can begin generating beautiful marketing materials.

 

The Agent will also have immediate access to their own nest.me account that is tied to YOU as the co-marketing partner.

As they begin sharing this site with Buyers & Consumers, you will both share in all leads that are generated as a result of the site.

 

New Listing Alerts and Creating New ListReports

Activity Feed

The Activity Feed serves as an easy tool to track your agents' activity, as well as receive notifications of new listings. 

New Listings Alerts for Followed Agents

When you're following an Agent, you will be notified when they have new listings on the MLS!

You will be notified in 3 ways:

  1. Daily Activity Feed Email: You already receive a Daily Activity Feed email. Once you are following agents, you will see their new listing updates begin to show up amongst the rest of your activity from the prior day.
     
  2. Text Message: If the agents you follow have new listing, you will receive alerts through text in tandem with your Daily Activity Feed email. 
    1. If your agents have 1-3 listing updates on a given day, you will receive 1-3 text alerts. 
    2. If your agents have 3+ listing updates on a given day, you will receive a single text alert that will link you directly to the Activity Feed on your Pro Dashboard.
       
  3. Activity Feed (Pro Dash): The listing updates for the agents you follow will appear as events in the Activity Feed on your Pro Dashboard.

Creating a New ListReport from a Listing Update

You can generate a new ListReport on behalf of the Agents you follow with just a few clicks! 

Within the Activity Feed updates and Text Alerts you receive for new listings, you'll find a link that says, "Click Here to create a new ListReport for this new property." 

Clicking this link will take you directly to the New ListReport form on your Pro Dashboard. The property address AND the Agent info will be pre-filled for you! 

All you have to do is click "Submit" to send the report off to our Production team for processing. As soon as your ListReport is complete, you'll be notified so you'll be notified so you can send the email offer to the agent immediately!

Tracking Consumer and Agent Activity on nest.me and ListReports

Your Activity Feed is a living, breathing feed of the activity from your affiliated agents and buyers who are using nest.me and ListReports under your affiliate code. 

As your agents and buyers perform certain actions, your feed will be updated.

NOTE: You will also receive a daily email with all activities from the previous day.

Activity Feed Events

There are several events you can expect to appear in your Activity Feed. These events are triggered from both your nest.me page and your ListReports Pro Dashboard. Activities you will see are:

  • "Joe Buyer has registered for a nest.me account under your affiliate code -- Get in touch via PHONE or EMAIL."

nest.me tip: The Activity Feed on your Dashboard will read "Anonymous Consumer" only util a specific buyer who has accessed the site under your affiliate code officially registers for an account and provides their name, phone, and email.
